The tiger is very strong and protective but it is also sensitive. This tiger lily was inspired by my desire to represent the sensitive tiger side, as a complement to my other 'strong protective tiger' design. The two go well together.
It is made from one carved line block printed with layers of sumi ink. The colours are added by hand with colour pencil.
The print comes mounted in 8 x 10 conservation mat.
